Our licensees purchase exclusive rights to operate their business in their chosen community. This is often the community the licensee lives or works
in but may be within a reasonable travelling time of either. A typical area comprises around 10,000 households.
It’s important to note that although you have exclusive rights to distribute your magazine into your area you are able to gain advertisers from outside of your community as well as within your community. Any advertiser that wishes to market their products and services to your community is a potential customer wherever they are based !

2. Glossy Magazine
Each edition of the magazine features a wealth of local news, views, information and topical issues of interest to the community and is delivered free to a minimum of 3,000 households in your community. Each edition is also published online to provide residents and advertisers ease of access and increase the traffic to your local directory website providing increased online revenues.
The magazine is beautifully produced in a full colour, A5 format on 110gms glossy paper from the template we supply for each edition which includes all of the style, structure, design, headers, footers, articles, editorials, puzzles, competitions etc.for that edition.
Local businesses have an opportunity to place low cost advertisements in a beautifully designed glossy magazine which is delivered directly to local residents.
We look after proofing, printing and distribution for all of our licensees and although your comprehensive Business System contains everything you need to manage your business you are also allocated a Personal Account Manager and Production Manager to make sure that your business runs effectively and profitably.
